Like many others, I grew up in a welcoming yet outwardly oriented society with expectations—and sometimes even demands—about who you must become and what a successful life should look like. While these expectations are not inherently wrong and are designed to build a functioning society, they often silence our inner voice—the only trustworthy source that reveals our unique path to happiness.
This is what happened to me. It took me 33 years, a doctoral degree in science, a successful career, and moving to a first-world country to realize that none of these achievements made me feel fulfilled or satisfied. Yet, society had a solution for me: "It's because you don't have a partner. Just start a family, and you'll be happy." And I tried. The Universe sent amazing people my way, but I always felt something was missing; it wasn't the level of connection I needed. I realized that I wasn't living my own life. So, I—or rather, my scientific nature—decided to find the real reason for this disconnect.
I began my journey by learning psychotherapy, which was a great start to understanding the nature of feelings and emotions. It helped me stop deceiving myself by suppressing those precious reactions to the world around me. I learned to read my physiological responses to different circumstances and discovered what makes me happy and what drains my energy. This journey brought yoga and meditation into my life and showed me how calming the body connects you with the soul. This is when I started asking: Who am I? What does my soul want? What is my path? Where is my fulfillment?
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you." - Matthew 7:7. I received those answers after several years of searching. I found an approach that provided an enormously accurate description of my true self: all of my dark sides and bright talents, all of my karmic programs I couldn't understand or fix, and all of the behavioral patterns that prevented me from being happy. It summarized everything I had learned about myself over the years and opened up many more areas I was yet to discover, saving me years of self-realization. I was excited, inspired, and amazed. I saw the immense potential of this knowledge, which was given to us to help connect with our souls, find our path, and solve our karmic tasks. It helped me see the true nature of the people around me, understand their behavior, and improve my relationships with most of them. This is where my life was divided into 'before' and 'after.'
I had to share this knowledge with my loved ones to help them find their path to happiness, witness the drastic improvements it brought to their lives, and enjoy the blessing of being human.
Nowadays, more and more people are reaching out to me, asking for help. I see how a small piece of information from this approach can provide tremendous support on people's journeys, how timely advice can change the course of life for many, how learning about their strengths and weaknesses brings people success, and how they find their soulmates and true love. I want to share this knowledge with anyone who seeks answers because I truly believe, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you."
